PROGRAM RULES

• The Swiss Rewards Program only applies to sales on Victorinox Swiss Army Watches
• This is an ongoing sales incentive that kicks-off on November 1, 2015.
• Sales must be logged into site within 6 months of the transaction date.
• Points will expire 24 months after the transaction date if not redeemed.
• Hold onto all receipts until your product has been received, as you may be contacted to submit your receipts for review.
• NO handwritten receipts will be accepted.
• Online orders - through the store site, or any 3rd party sites (Amazon, eBay, etc...) cannot be accepted as there is no way to verify the sales associate of record on these transactions.
• Receipts must include ALL of the following information: sales associate (must match name of the redeeming associate - NO EXCEPTIONS), item sold, sale price, date of sale, and form of payment MUST be noted on the printed receipt.
• You may redeem your award points at any time, and as many times as you would like.
• No refunds or returns are available.
• No PO Boxes are accepted.
• If the REGISTRATION page is not completed in its entirety you will not be able to participate in the program and your set up request will be rejected.
• Only valid sales of Victorinox Swiss Army timepieces will qualify toward redemption.
• Points are calculated based MSRP, which have been automatically programmed into site and will populate once the item number has been added.
• Special orders, Corporate Markets orders, and large quantity orders will need approval by administration before entry into the Swiss Rewards system.  Any transaction containing more than 5 of the same SKU, will need approval before entry, and will not (in most cases) receive the full points allotment.  Please contact Swiss Rewards administration for these orders and we will work with you on allocation of rewards points.
• You must be employed by the registered retailer at the time points are redeemed.
• Employees must be in good standing and on payroll at the time points are redeemed.
• Products redeemed cannot be resold.
• Rewards may be deemed taxable by local and IRS regulations
  (All U.S & Puerto Rico associates are required to complete a W-9 for tax purposes).
• Allow 6 weeks for processing after points are redeemed.
• Exchanges will not be accepted.
• Rewards have limited availability and are subject to substitutions without notice or at the discretion of Victorinox Swiss Army, Inc.
• Shipping method defaults have been set for the U.S., Caribbean and Canada. These cannot be changed.
• A signature is required for delivery.
• Any violation of the above mentioned rules will result in immediate expulsion of the program.
